STOF joins the JJA Group

A NEW ADVENTURE BEGINS!

We are pleased to inform you that STOF has joined Groupe JJA, a major player in the distribution of home furnishings and decorative objects.

An expert in the marketing of textiles, STOF offers a wide collection of fabrics by the meter and ready-made items. By joining this ambitious group, STOF is joining a solid and trusted company, while remaining true to its values. Drawing on the experience and considerable strength of the JJA Group, this merger will enable STOF to further strengthen its presence in France and beyond, accelerating its growth.

By acquiring STOF, Groupe JJA is enriching its textile sector with our expertise and our innovative brand, recognized for its always creative and temperamental collections.

STOF's management team remains unchanged, with Bertille Pélardy (CEO) and Cédric Dupuy (MD) continuing to carry out their functions within the company. They will also join the management of Groupe JJA to be fully involved in its success.

Strengthened by the union of our two family-run companies, and with mutual respect, we can continue to innovate and perform, while maintaining the passion that drives us, and ensuring, again and again, the satisfaction of our partners.
